Jens Nielsen

President

Jens Nielsen is a co-founder and Managing Member of Incrementum Equity Partners. Mr. Nielsen oversees the company’s acquisition analysis, business-development activities and asset management. He also co-directs Incrementum Equity Partners’ overall investment strategy. He brings to the company over 25 years of experience in computer system management and organizational leadership.

Prior to forming Incrementum Equity Partners with Jason Pero, Mr. Nielsen was founder and principal of Open Doors Capital, a private real estate investment firm that have purchased over 2,000 apartment units since 2016 at a value of over $150M.

Prior to his entrepreneurial activities with Open Doors Capital, Mr. Nielsen held leadership and technical roles in telecommunication and IT companies around the role, where he specialized cost reduction, system optimization and standardization.

He graduated summa cum laude from University of Maryland with a Master of Science degree.
